CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY:

Registration fees will be refunded (less a $25 cancellation fee per attendee registration) if the request is received in writing by email no later than two weeks. NO refunds will be given after the two weeks and no refunds are given for no-shows. In addition, no credits will be given. Substitutions for persons in the same organization are allowed at no fee, but must be sent in advance by email to Lisa Bacot at lisa@gatransit.org prior to the start of the conference.
