The hotel only acceps the GA State ST-5 Certificate of Sales Tax Exemption Form & the State of Georgia Certificate of Exemption of Local Hotel/Motel Excise Tax Form.
• For a smooth check-in process, please send your confirmation number(s) & the correct tax exemption forms to our staff at ays@valleyhospitality.com or sstewart@valleyhospitality.com. CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY:

Registration fees will be refunded (less a $25 cancellation fee per attendee registration) if the request is received in writing by email no later than two weeks. NO refunds will be given after the two weeks and no refunds are given for no-shows. In addition, no credits will be given. Substitutions for persons in the same organization are allowed at no fee, but must be sent in advance by email to Lisa Bacot at lisa@gtatransit.org prior to the start of the conference.
